Delete your Craftinery account
You can use this page to request deletion of your Craftinery App account and related active cloud data even if you cannot use the App.
How to request deletion outside the App
- Send an email from the address assigned to your Craftinery account to privacy@craftinery.com.
- Use the subject Delete Craftinery account.
- If needed, we may ask you to verify that you control the account before processing the request.
If a technical problem prevents you from completing the request, you can also contact support@craftinery.com.
Deletion in the App
Craftinery App also allows account deletion through Settings → Account → Delete account. This flow has been physically tested in the current Android candidate.
The web route on this page is independent of the in-App flow and can be used without reinstalling the App.
Deleting data without deleting the account
Craftinery App also includes a separate Delete all Craftinery data operation. It removes Craftinery data associated with the account while keeping the account/Auth identity and its assigned access. This is not the same as deleting the account.
What is deleted when the account-deletion request is completed
After successful verification of the request, active account data and related active Craftinery cloud data are deleted within 7 days, except information that must or may be retained for a specific legal duty, security reason or legal claim.
Craftinery does not maintain its own long-term archive of deleted active account data. Technical provider copies, where they exist, expire under the provider’s operational cycle.
What is not automatically deleted
Deleting the account does not automatically erase backups you exported outside the App or other copies you saved yourself. Remove those files from your devices or storage locations if you no longer want to keep them.
Uninstalling the App by itself does not delete the Craftinery cloud account.
